Vừa qua, VTC Academy vinh dự là Đối tác Dự án FIELD Global Capstone của Harvard Business School, đồng hành cùng nhóm sinh viên Harvard Business School (HBS) trong hành trình tìm hiểu hệ thống giáo dục tại Việt Nam.
Trong khuôn khổ chương trình, nhóm sinh viên Harvard Business School đã có cơ hội tham quan, trao đổi và nghiên cứu thực tế tại nhiều đơn vị giáo dục tại TP.HCM, gồm Học viện Công nghệ và Thiết kế VTC Academy, Đại học Kinh tế – Tài chính TP.HCM (UEF) và Trường Phổ thông Song ngữ Quốc tế Wellspring Saigon. Thông qua các hoạt động này, sinh viên Harvard Business School đã có thêm góc nhìn đa chiều về bối cảnh giáo dục Việt Nam, từ đào tạo khối ngành công nghệ & sáng tạo, giáo dục đại học đến mô hình giáo dục phổ thông quốc tế.
Là một học phần thực tiễn của Harvard Business School, FIELD Global Capstone được thiết kế nhằm mang đến cho sinh viên cơ hội nghiên cứu thực địa, học thông qua thực hành, trực tiếp tiếp cận môi trường thực tế, giúp củng cố và phát triển năng lực của sinh viên trong việc quản lý, vận hành hiệu quả ở nhiều bối cảnh thị trường, văn hóa và hệ thống kinh doanh khác nhau. Với vai trò đối tác dự án, VTC Academy tự hào đồng hành cùng Harvard Business School trong việc kết nối những trải nghiệm học tập thực tiễn tại Việt Nam, góp phần thúc đẩy giao lưu học thuật quốc tế và mở ra thêm nhiều cơ hội trao đổi, hợp tác trong lĩnh vực giáo dục.
Chương trình không chỉ mang đến những trải nghiệm ý nghĩa cho sinh viên Harvard Business School, mà còn là dịp để VTC Academy tiếp tục khẳng định định hướng hội nhập quốc tế, kết nối tri thức toàn cầu và xây dựng môi trường học tập gắn liền với thực tiễn cho người trẻ. VTC ACADEMY PROUDLY ACCOMPANIES HARVARD BUSINESS SCHOOL STUDENTS IN THE FIELD GLOBAL CAPSTONE PROJECT IN VIETNAM
Recently, VTC Academy had the honor of serving as a FIELD Global Capstone Project Partner for Harvard Business School, accompanying a team of Harvard Business School (HBS) students on their journey to explore Vietnam’s education ecosystem.
During their time in Vietnam, the Harvard Business School students had the opportunity to visit, exchange insights, and conduct field research across several educational institutions in Ho Chi Minh City, including VTC Information Technology and Design Academy (VTC Academy), Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Finance (UEF), and Wellspring Saigon International Bilingual School. Through these engagements, the students gained valuable real-world perspectives on Vietnam’s education ecosystem, spanning technology and creative education, university education, and international bilingual high school education.
As an experiential course at Harvard Business School, FIELD Global Capstone is designed to strengthen and develop students’ ability to manage and operate effectively in a variety of business contexts. The purpose of this immersive experience is to provide students with the opportunity to “learn by doing”, while building contextual intelligence and team effectiveness skills in an unfamiliar cultural and market context.
As a Project Partner, VTC Academy is proud to work with Harvard Business School to provide students with a meaningful real-world learning experience in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This collaboration also contributes to fostering international academic exchange and opening further opportunities for dialogue and cooperation in the education sector.
The program not only brought valuable experiences to Harvard Business School students, but also marked an important occasion for VTC Academy to reaffirm its international integration strategy, global knowledge connectivity, and commitment to building a practice-oriented learning environment for young learners.
