VTC Academy HCMC organizes Mid-Autumn Festival 2020 for children in Tan Binh Shelter
On October 1st, 2020, students and staffs of VTC Academy Ho Chi Minh City organized a donation and brought gifts to Tan Binh Shelter, which is supporting more than 20 orphans and disadvantaged children.
In a short period of time with activities, playing, eating moon cakes and making lanterns together, everyone gradually erased the original distance. Primary school children are very naturally active, enjoy group games and are very creative when making paper lanterns. Secondary school children are usually calmer, focusing meticulously to make their works. High school students know how to care for others, enthusiastically help the children make lanterns. The atmosphere of the fun at the Shelter is really warm like a big family.
Through this Mid-Autumn Festival event at Tan Binh Shelter, VTC Academy hopes to bring more joy to children in difficult circumstances, and at the same time create conditions for the Academy’s students building awareness, caring, empathy and helping people.
